Our Commitment to Excellence: Enhancing Employee Satisfaction Across Aluflexpack Group

At the heart of our success is a strong dedication to creating a workplace where our employees feel heard, valued, and supported. In February of this year, we confirmed our commitment to employee satisfaction by participating in our second Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey, which involved nine companies within the Aluflexpack Group, on 14 locations in Europe and Asia. Over 1,400 employees were invited to share their insights, strengths and concerns of working at Aluflexpack. The response was outstanding, with an impressive 81% of those invited participating. This high level of engagement further strengthens our commitment to the results and underscores our responsibility to act on the insights gained.

This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence, yet we remain dedicated to advancing further and striving for even better results. Systematic Survey Results Evaluation

 

The survey was one step more in our Together journey from good to great. It was important to gather invaluable feedback directly from our employees, as they encounter both the positive aspects and areas with potential for enhancement in our workplace daily. Almost three months took us to carefully analyze the data, to be able to identify the most important areas for improvement across all companies in our organization. This deep dive into the results enabled us to develop tailored action plans, that reflect the unique needs and feedback of each company within the Group.

 

 

Proactive and Ambitious Action Plans

 

Understanding that each company within our group operates in different environments and faces distinct challenges, our action plans are customized to address these specific needs. Now, we are starting the implementation phase of these plans, which will take place over the next year and a half. Our goal is clear: to continuously improve and strengthen our status and to become a truly great place to work. These action plans are created to bring positive change and improve our workplace culture. By fostering a positive and supportive work environment, we aim to boost employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance.
